August has been brutal. If you or anyone you know has had to add Freon/R-22 earlier in the season and it seems your system is not cooling very well, it’s likely a combination of having lost some of that Freon, and the overwhelming heat.
We always offer to our customers, should you decide to have us recharge the system with more Freon/R-22, and it doesn’t hold the charge or you decide within 30 days of the service that you’d rather replace the system, we’ll credit back half of the Freon cost toward the replacement.
