One of the reasons I chose Temperature Pro doing my google search for AC service outside of their 5 star rating was the fact of their rates available without any guess work of what I would have to come out of pocket. I rated them a 5 because their service was immediate. I called at 8:00 sharp.and Matt answered. I advised him of my problem and he had Rob set to come out the same day. Rob kept in touch with me from beginning of the process until completion. He educated me of an additional issue that I encountered and was able quote me on the spot to resolve. Rob came back on Monday and completed the work in a timely fashion. I appreciate this company and will definitely call them for any future AC needs. Price was very reasonable. Thanks guys!!

This was the first time using TemperaturePro. Totally satisfied. The service went well beyond what my previous company (Empire) did and was charging. The service technician (Fred) was both personable and knowledgeable. Previous company hadn't cleaned the A/C coils in the last couple of years; Fred cleaned them throughly and tested out the compressor. He then replaced the air filter and made a quick check of the furnace. System is now working better than it has in a long time. VERY happy!

We can't recommend Matt and his team highly enough. When lightning hit our home and took out one of our AC units, TemperaturePro of North Atlanta was great to work with. Matt was immediately responsive and worked us into their schedule. Fred was a great technician and communicated very well. He was early for his appointment and explained everything that he was seeing and doing. We appreciate his timeliness and quality of work.
